HOW CAN I USE THIS WEBSITE ?
STEP1) Sign Up : just visit the Sign Up page for easy registration. You then will activate your account by clicking the link we will send you to your email address.
STEP 2 ) Create your occasion reminders from My Page and start getting reminders as an email or SMS text messages or both.
STEP 3) ones you add new people to your "PERSON LIST" they will be available to relate them when you are creating your occasions. We've provided some advanced features for you to easily create your person list, for example you can import all your Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, AOL and MSN email contacts to PERSON LIST with a simple click. That's it, you will get the email and sms reminders as you wish.

HOW CAN I CREATE A NEW REMINDER ?
Just go to My Page and use the form to create new reminder. Ones you create it, it will be available to review, modify or delete the reminder as you wish.

HOW CAN I MODIFY OR DELETE MY EXISTING REMINDER ?
Ones you create it, it will be available to review, modify or delete the reminder as you wish on the same page on My Page at 'Occasions and Settings' table.

WHAT REPEAT CYCLE CAN I HAVE WITH MY REMINDERS ?
You can set the repeat cycle of your reminders by weekly, monthly, yearly or One time only , if you choose yearly you will get reminders ones a year the same date, if you choose monthly reminder you will get reminders the day of the month you choose e.g. second of every month, if you choose weekly reminder, you will get reminder(s) the day of the week you picked e.g. every Monday. If you choose to have ne time reminder then you will be reminded only one time and your reminder will be deleted from system after your reminder email or sms text message has sent.

CAN I ASK MY FRIEND TO UPDATE MY OCCASION DATE ?
Definetely, when you are creating your new occasion, just select the box " Check this box if you need to ask the date to your person" the e-mail form box will appear, go ahead and enter the email address of the person that you want to ask the date and we will send him/her an email and ask the date for you, ones he/she fill the date, we will update the occasion date for you.

IS THERE ANY LIMIT ON AMOUNT OF REMINDERS I CAN SET ?
No, there is no limit, have as many reminders as you would like.

HOW CAN I ADD NEW PERSON TO MY PERSON LIST ?
Ones you logged in go to Person List and use the form "Add New Person" as soon as you add new person, it will be available to relate your occasion reminders with the persons on your list.

HOW CAN I DELETE OR UPDATE A PERSON IN MY PERSON LIST ?
Ones you logged in go to Person List you can edit or remove the persons on your list by using the "Persons and Details", just click the name of the person you would like to edit or remove.

CAN I TRANSFER MY CONTACTS FROM MY HOTMAIL, YAHOO, GMAIL, MSN OR AOL E-MAIL ACCOUTS ?
Simply, visit Secure Page to import your contacts with a single click, all you need to use is your username and the password for the email and our website will do the rest for you, we will not store your account information on our server and your privacy stricly be protected.

HOW CAN I ADD A CELLPHONE NUMBER ?
Currently the SMS text messages works for only USA cellphone providers, however we will make this feature available in as many countries as possible. If you didn't enter your cellphone number when you are signing up for the service or you didn't activated with the passcode we have sent you, you can do so by visiting sms settings . Ones you add a new cellphone number to get sms text messages and hit "submit" a small form field will appear, please enter the passcode that we will send to your cellphone.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY CELLPHONE NUMBER ?
Visit sms settings and enter your new cellphone number and do the same security predecure to activate your new cellphone number.

CAN I SUSPEND ALL MY SMS TEXT REMINDERS WITH A SINGLE CLICK ?
Yes, if you want to stop getting SMS reminders temporarily, you can deactivate it with a click, ones you reactivate you will continue getting sms reminders as before. Visit sms settings to diactivate or reactivate sms text message settings.

WHY DO I HAVE TO VERIFY MY CELLPHONE NUMBER WITH PASSCODE ?
It is for security measure only.

HOW CAN I DEACTIVATE AND REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT WITH A SINGLE CLICK?
Just click the "Deactivate" on account settings page, you won't get any reminder until you "Reactivate" your account on the same page.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD ?
After logged in go to account settings and enter your new password you would like to use and hit update button, your password is changed.

I FOTGOT MY PASSWORD, HOW CAN I RETREIVE IT ?
Just go to Retreive page and answer the security questions, you will get your new password via your email address in file.

HOW CAN I ADD, MODIFY OR DELETE PERSONS FROM MY ADDRESS BOOK ?
The changes you made on the Person List will automatically reflect to your address book, therefore just use the forms on the Person List page to update your address book.

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY CALENDAR ?
The changes you made on the My Page will automatically reflect to your address book, therefore just use the forms on the Person List page to update your address book.
